Making a withdrawal of capital from your trading account involves following a process that we explain below:

1. Access your trading account

  • Log in to the platform with your username and password.

2. Go to the withdrawals section

  • Look for an option like “Withdrawals” in the main menu in your profile section.

3. Select the withdrawal method

  • Choose the method you wish to use to receive your funds.

  • Options include: Bank transfer.

  • Credit or debit card (if you used one to deposit).

  • Cryptocurrencies (Check with your Broker first).

Clarification: In many cases we require that you withdraw funds using the same method used to deposit.

4. Specify the amount to withdraw

  • Cryptocurrencies: It depends on the network and delivery of the requested data, it is usually fast (24 hours).

8. Check the funds in your account

  • Once the request has been processed and the stipulated time for receiving the capital has passed, check that the funds have reached the selected destination.

Important Tips

  1. Check fees and limits: Some shipping methods, depending on the bank, apply withdrawal fees or have minimum/maximum amounts.

  2. Check restrictions: You should keep in mind that the bonuses received in your account are only valid for trading in it, so you should confirm with your broker the capital available for withdrawal.
