How to add my documents to my account: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access your trading account

  1. Log in to the Zorrox website or app

  2. Make sure your account is active and you have completed the initial registration.

  3. Look for an option like “Complete Registration” located at the top center of your account.

3. Prepare the required documents

The necessary requirements that will be requested of you:

  • Passport, voter or citizen ID, or driver's license.

2. Proof of residency:

  • Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, etc.), bank statement or lease agreement.

  • The document must show your full name, address and recent date (maximum of the last 3 months of validity).

  • The permitted formats are JPG and PNG using photos taken directly from the printed utility bill or original digital file in PDF.

  • Facial recognition via camera.

  • Prepare the necessary equipment and allow access to your camera (Smartphone with camera/computer webcam).

  • Follow the instructions, turn your head, blink or look in the specific directions requested.

4. Upload the documents

  • Click “CONTINUE” or the equivalent option.

  • Please attach files following these recommendations:

  • Make sure it does not exceed the allowed limit (generally between 5 MB and 10 MB).

5. Confirm shipping

  • The broker will review your documents, which can take between 24 hours and several business days.

  • You will receive a notification by email or on the platform once verification is complete.

7. Check the account status

  • Check your profile to see if your account is listed as “Verified” or if you need to provide additional information.

  • Your account will also let you know what percentage of verification your account is at.

Tips for a Successful Verification

  1. Avoid altered documents: Use original documents. Manipulated images are rejected.

  2. Meet deadlines: If the broker requests additional documents, provide them quickly.

  3. Good lighting: Perform the process in a well-lit place to avoid errors.

  4. Stable connection: Make sure your device is connected to a reliable network.
